These terms govern the use of astrolofit.com and the purchase of reports offered by Astrolofit LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. By buying a report, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What we offer

Astrolofit offers personalized digital astrology reports (Health, Love, Money, Your Astral Week, and Transits), calculated from your birth chart according to Rina Andrade's astrological methodology and judgment. The writing is supported by artificial intelligence tools that apply that methodology, and the calculations use professional astronomical ephemerides. What each report and each level includes is described on its shop page.

Live sessions (Birth Chart, Solar Return, Synastry, Transits, and Atacires) are arranged separately via WhatsApp or email.

2. Scope of the content

Astrology is a tool for self-knowledge and reflection, and our reports are provided for self-knowledge, reflection, and entertainment purposes. Our reports are not a diagnosis or a treatment, and they do not replace the advice of a doctor, nutritionist, psychologist, financial advisor, lawyer, or other professional.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Any decisions you make based on a report are your own.

3. Your details for the report

The report is calculated from the details you enter in the form. Please check your date, time, and place of birth carefully: if your birth time is approximate or unknown, the report adapts and leaves out the parts of the chart that depend on the exact time (the Ascendant and the houses).

If you buy a report with another person's details, you confirm that you have their permission. You must be over 18 to make a purchase.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on each page before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. In some countries, Stripe may offer you the option to pay in your local currency; in that case, Stripe handles the conversion. Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee; that is outside our control.

We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid is the one that applies to your purchase.

5. Delivery

After paying, you fill out the form with your birth details. You receive your report as a PDF by WhatsApp or email, as you choose, within 24 hours. We keep a private copy for 6 months in case you need us to resend it.

If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and write to us at astrolofit@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

6. Refunds

Because each report is prepared specifically for you and delivered digitally, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

7. Use of the report

Your report is for personal use. You can save it, print it, and share it with anyone you like, but not sell it or publish it as your own. The texts, design, and content of astrolofit.com belong to Astrolofit LLC.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the site working well and the calculations accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Astrolofit LLC's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, you agree to write to us first at astrolofit@gmail.com and give us 10 business days to resolve it before filing a claim or chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback for a report that was delivered is considered a breach of these terms, and we may submit the delivered report and delivery records as evidence.

10. Right to refuse or cancel orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, refunding the amount paid, if we detect false information, fraudulent use, abuse of the service, or any other reasonable cause.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Astrolofit LLC, its owners, and its collaborators from any claim, damage, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of another person's details without their permission, or decisions you make based on a report.

12. Third-party services

To process payments and to prepare and deliver reports, we use third-party services (Stripe, WhatsApp, email and hosting providers, among others). We are not responsible for their failures, interruptions, or policies.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or provider outages, natural disasters, power failures, or government actions.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you live in another country, you keep the rights granted to you by the consumer laws of your place of residence.

15. Dispute resolution

If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith by email for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manatee County, Florida, United States, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring a case in small claims court if it qualifies. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

16. Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, any claim shall be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Astrolofit LLC regarding the purchase of reports.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with its update date, and it applies to purchases made from that date on.
